90 days left y'all! Just walked out of a spectacular vegetarian dinner at Hangawi in Koreatown. Go there, do the pre-fixe, leave happy and zen (& wear socks - no shoes allowed in the dining room).

Ignited #bowtie in my Korean hot pot filled with a spectacular veggie/tofu soup and bow'd by chopsticks and skewers. Quite the meal and impeccable service.

Had an amazing bow tie for tonight... then realized I could make it better so I scrapped the idea. Get ready! (..if it happens)

ANYWHO got creative in the kitchen with today's fragrant #bowtie made from a halved clove of garlic and a piece of another.

Later this week it'll be in my belly (via spaghetti sauce).

Spent the day alllllll alone (no one wants to hang out with the sick kid). Didn't feel like baking so I decided to caramelize white sugar and attempt to sculpt it. Yes, only I would do that while:

1) sick
2) alone
3) bored

Sticky n' sweet #bowtie from melted sugar. My sugar is not raw. In my defense, I also did 30 minutes of Rosetta Stone.

I was sitting at my desk, minding my own business and then BAM! I get the chills, sniffles, and immediately wanted to crawl home and into bed. However, I sucked it up, hit up the grocery story, and made a spicy butternut squash soup from scratch.

Flavorful #bowtie from thyme sprigs and chopped scallions atop my culinary masterpiece. This flu is definitely a doozy, avoid at all costs and take those vitamins.

p.s. Usually I link to a recipe but I basically took a ton of this and that and pieced it together... then added too many hot peppers to remember. However, I did use plain Greek yogurt instead of cream and that was bangin'

Hey-o ‪Brooklyn‬! Grabbing a beer atop the Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg and enjoying the view and weather. Quite the beautiful Fall night to be rocking a cardigan and loving on the greatest city.

Home late and sore after another event at the Museum. On the plus side, I was able to get a private viewing of our new René Magritte exhibition that opens on Saturday and is amazing.
