Just finished painting my snack bowl at Oliloli Studio in Forest Hills. Took me three days to sketch, tape, paint, re-paint, etc.

#Bowtie from the handheld bottles of clay paint that I used (Tuxedo Black is the ring in the center).

Can't wait to see what it looks like once it's glazed and out of the kiln!

Just had an epic Japanese meal with Casey at Bamboo Ya in Rego Park. Decor was a mess but food was spot on.

#Bowtie from two spicy vegetarian brown rice sushi clusters of deliciousness (cucumber/avocado and sweet potato). Soba noodles were phenomenal too!

Earned my half ‪Puerto Rican‬ wings today after making a completely homemade ‪‎vegan‬ ‪‎mofongo‬. ‪Pretty shocking that mofongo doesn't have a larger veggie audience (recipe scouting was a bit limited).

#‎Bowtie‬ from a mini version of what was plated - green plantain base (use this, but bake), roasted veggie filling (use this, but no potatoes and light on the rosemary) and spicy criolla sauce (use this, remember to use a food processor & add jalapeńos for an added kick!).

Gearin' up for the US Open! Practicing my Pimm's Cup beforehand. I have off the whole week so I plan to relax, paint & hopefully catch a match or two at Arthur Ashe Stadium.
