Freaking out right now. My ankle has been on ice all weekend (#soccerproblems) after I rolled it on Friday. Accidental #bowtie on the floor from the water dripping from my ice bag and pressure from the wet towel.
A complete coincidence & loving it.

Just finished another indoor soccer game at Chelsea Piers. Hard fought game & a very hard knee went straight into my shin.
#Bowtie from ice after limping off the field at the end of the game. Ouch.
