Ever want to know what happens when you melt chocolate or caramel in a pan with butter and whipped cream? Well friends, I'll tell you. You'll whip up a fresh 'ol bucket of STOP IT - NO - DON'T DO IT.

Luckily for me, I was just trying to sculpt a bow tie out of food stuff after being inspired by my dear friend Elisabeth's 12 days of #Bakemas (I'd tag her but she's private, so check out this). #Bowtie from the aftermath of what is listed above, which was then frozen and delicately laid on a cloth napkin.

Came home with an urgent need for hot cocoa with whipped cream. Unfortunately, my mug was too small to produce a decent-looking bow tie before the heat made the cream all floppy and runny.

Plan B #bowtie on a Christmas plate from whipped cream before being licked clean by the fat kid inside me.
